Project Update: Bristol Zoo Project

 Progress on the exciting Bristol Zoo redevelopment project is well underway, bringing a Central African forest experience to life!

 

Recent Highlights:

 

• Final Gorilla House slab pour completed: A major milestone as the Gorilla House structure moves closer to completion.

 

• Moat works taking shape: Pre-cast units are now in place, forming the moat line that will surround the Gorillas new island habitat.

 

• Crocodile House slab pour complete: This complex pour involved multiple levels to accommodate the pool structure, along with channels and recesses for essential pool pipework. With the slab complete, the next phase will focus on constructing reinforced tank walls.
