Project Update: The Old Brewery

We’re excited to share our recent progress on The Old Brewery redevelopment project in Southville, Bristol. Working with McLaughlin & Harvey, this regeneration project is transforming the historic brewery site, creating 107 affordable homes alongside commercial spaces that will serve the local community.

 

Recent project updates from us include:

• Paving Works: Final paving is being installed in the main courtyard off North Street, enhancing accessibility and aesthetics.

 

• Works Still to Do: Completion of the car park and ongoing works on Baynton Road.
